NEW AGENT: You will receive an email almost immediately, welcoming you to our HCMS (Hierarchy & Compensation Management System). You will need to review and edit all personal information, add your SS#.

Create your login and password. At this time your profile will be created.
Step 2
NEW AGENT: You will receive a second email, immediately after you complete the first, to create your HCMS login. Create your username and password and SAVE IT ON YOUR NOTES as you will need this frequently.
Step 3
NEW AGENT: You will receive the 3rd and final email with your link to SureLC.
SureLC is the platform where you will create a profile for the purpose of requesting appointments with most carriers. Please watch this 2 minute video below on how to do that properly.
*If you fail to watch this video, or decide it’s unnecessary to do so even though we are putting this in bold, you will only delay yourself*
Step 4
NEW AGENT: First things first! Email contracting admin@borgesandassociates.biz letting us know you completed SuranceBay and requested all your carriers.
Complete your contracting requests in SuranceBay and confirm that they move to BGA Status
Terms to Know:
• Producer: Go back through and confirm your contract request
• BGA: Good Job, you have done it correctly and your contract has been sent to our home office
• Carrier: FFL home office has sent your contract to the carrier
• Discarded: Locate the reason, and email: admin@borgesandassociates.biz for help
Request Aetna & American Amicable in HCMS
Step 5
Now that you have requested carriers we must be patient for 3-7 business days for them to approve you. It is critical that you begin Bootcamp Online Training and getting acquainted with Family First Life.
Step 6
As you receive producer numbers from carriers, load the numbers into your HCMS Portal
While you wait for the contracting to be completed.

Email us a photo head shot and the state you live in along with your BOOTCAMP certificate OF completion at admin@borgesandassociates.biz and receive a $50 LEAD CREDIT
